How do I generate an in-store Rental tag

Once you have Registered with Renticy and added your in-store shop, you can add products and generate your Rental tag. You will be prompted to add a product name, Retail price, description and add an Image. Next, set your rental pricing using the Recommended Rental Price. Finally add and conditions including minimum rental terms and click Create Product. This will generate your Rental tag. You can choose the colour of you tag and then download and print it. If you update the product details in the future the same Tag can be used. 

how is the rental calendar managed

The Renticy Rental platform manages your rental calendar. Each product has its own calendar which is blocked out when a booking is made. We also allow for return, inspection and cleaning time. This means you can focus on your business while we focus on the rental.

How far ahead can a customer book a rental

Rentals can be booked up to 12 months in advance. Typically customers book up to 3 months in advance for items that will be used on holiday and 1 to 2 weeks for items used at home. 

What do I need to do to fulfil an order

To fulfil an order with Renticy, follow these steps:
Prepare the Item:
Ensure that the rental item is in good condition, clean, and ready for use.
Packaging:
Package the item securely to prevent any damage during transit. Include any necessary instructions or accessories.
Delivery or Collection:
Arrange for the item to be delivered to the customer by the agreed date, or prepare it for collection if the customer is picking it up. If using a courier, ensure they have the correct address and delivery instructions.
Documentation:
Provide any required documentation, such as a rental agreement or receipt, with the item.
Update Renticy:
Update the order status on your Renticy Retailer account to confirm that the item has been dispatched or is ready for collection.
Proof of Fulfilment:
Once the item has been delivered or collected, obtain proof of fulfilment (e.g., delivery confirmation or signed receipt) and submit this proof to Renticy before 3 PM to ensure timely payment processing.
Customer Support:
Be available to assist the customer with any questions or issues they may have during the rental period. Ensure they have the necessary contact information for support.
By following these steps, you can ensure that your order is fulfilled smoothly and efficiently, leading to a positive rental experience for the customer.

When will I be paid for a Rental

When will I be paid for a Rental?
You will be paid for a rental after Renticy receives proof of fulfilment. Here’s the process:
1. Submit Proof of Fulfilment:
Provide proof that the rental order has been fulfilled before 3 PM on the rental day.
2. Payment Processing:
Renticy will process the payment for the order on the same day if proof is submitted before 3 PM. Payments submitted after 3 PM will be processed the next business day.
3. Remittance Time:
Payments typically take two business days to reach your designated UK bank account.

In summary, once you submit the proof of fulfilment before 3 PM, you can expect to receive payment within two business days.
