Can I choose the start date for my rental?

Yes, you can select the Rental Start Date during the booking process. The start date will be confirmed at checkout.

Why is a deposit required?

Sometimes a security deposit may be required to ensure compliance with the rental terms and to cover any potential damages or late returns of the rented products. This is refunded back in full once the rented items have been returned in a good condition.

When will I get my deposit back?

The deposit will be returned to you automatically within 48 hours of returning the products in satisfactory condition as per the rental agreement.

What should I do at the end of my rental period?

At the end of your rental period, you need to return the rented items to the specified return location or arrange for collection if delivery and collection were part of your rental agreement.

How can I document the condition of the items at the end of the rental?

Use the Renticy APP to take 3 pictures of the items at the end of the rental period. This documentation helps protect your deposit and can be used to dispute any claims made by the retailer regarding the condition of the items.
